Brian Strait

Brian Strait started at Stream Realty Partners in January 2022 as Vice President of Office Leasing in the Houston office. He is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities for clients while marketing and leasing commercial properties for private and institutional owners. Strait brings a great deal of enthusiasm and a unique perspective to the Houston market since he grew up there and knows the ins and outs of the city. He previously worked for Lincoln Property Company, where he spent nearly 12 years overseeing the leasing of approximately 1.7 million square feet of office space in nine properties throughout the Greater Houston area.
