As a Licensed real estate broker within the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the highly accomplished reputable professional has represented national and international retailers and corporations in their marketing programs resulting in the acquisition and disposition of real estate based upon close interaction with senior management leading to hundreds of successful transactions and development projects. While interacting with other senior management within the organization, Silbert ensures the highly regarded property management division is maintaining occupancy level at maximum level for its over five hundred tenants and quality multi-family housing third party management assignments. Mr. Silbert is a recipient of numerous awards of excellence related to retail real estate and the company is a long standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The New Jersey Builder Association, National Retail Network Association and has held various board positions of several such organizations. Over the past four years, he has been the recipient of Co-Star’s Award of Excellence for retail transactions within New Jersey for 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011.
