Brian Schuster

Brian Schuster joined RIPCO in 1994 and now serves as Vice Chairman. Brian has developed long-standing relationships with both tenants and landlords throughout the NY Metropolitan region. He exclusively represents some of the country’s most prominent retail chains including Petco, LA Fitness, Staples, Bed Bath & Beyond, Buy Buy Baby, Sweetgreen, Skechers, Macy’s, Total Wine and The Fresh Market. In addition, Mr. Schuster has an active role in shopping center leasing and currently handles the leasing of numerous major centers throughout the NY Metropolitan Area including the 1.3m square foot Gateway Center in Brooklyn, the 1m square foot Bronx Terminal Market, Country Pointe in Plainview, the Lake Success Shopping Center, Levittown Shopping Center, the Toys R Us Shopping Center in Valley Stream, Waverly Plaza in Patchogue and Fordham Place in the Bronx. Mr. Schuster graduated from University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in Economics. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of New York and New Jersey and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
