Brian Scheuer

Over the last several years, Brian Scheuer has emerged as one of the most prolific commercial real estate brokers in Northern New Jersey. During a recent seven-month window, Mr. Scheuer sold over 800,000 square feet of investment real estate in the Meadowlands, including the prominent “Prada” building. The breadth of Mr. Scheuer’s deals reflect the range and diversity of Chaus Realty. From investment sales, to office and industrial requirements, on both the tenant rep and user sides of the fence, Chaus Realty truly does it all. Brian is a graduate of Boston University, and has a Masters degree from Columbia University. He is an avid basketball fan, and coached a boys varsity basketball team at a private school in Bergen County. Brian is a strong supporter of Wesleyan University in general, and the men’s basketball program in particular.
