Brian Savage

His team provides in-depth market knowledge to clients to help them make informed decisions regarding available assets, recent sales, property and local economic trends, macro trends, debt and equity structures, legal issues and trends effecting all of the stakeholders in the multi-family industry. Brian has been in the real estate and economic development industry for nine years. Prior to joining Colliers, Brian worked with Multi Housing Advisors, Inc, where he focused on assets in the west Alabama and Mississippi geographical markets. Prior to his career in real estate, Brian worked as a Business Development Manager and has experience in multiple areas of business such as marketing, sales, operations and finance. Mr. Savage is a current board member of Girl’s Inc. and a member of the Homewood/Mountain Brook Kiwanis Club where he previously served on the board. He is also a member of United Way He attends St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church where he serves as a member of the Facilities Planning Committee.
