Brian Plotkin

For over 16 years Brian Plotkin has dedicated himself to the success of Commercial Property owners. Brian utilizes his extensive financial background, experience in commercial real estate management and leasing brokerage to help clients maximize the return from their CRE investment. Brian’s talent in marketing, lease negotiation, preparing leases and tenant improvements demonstrate his single minded dedication to improving owner’s ROI. He brings insight to budgeting, rent projections, and CAM reconciliations. Brian is on the board of the Tustin Community Foundation where he is also an active volunteer. Additionally Brian contributes his time and energy to the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Orange County. He served on the Young Leaders Committee in 2018. Brian earned his California Brokers License in 2017.
