Brian Platock

Brian has over 40 years of retail real estate experience in Jacksonville Market. Brian has been involved in numerous transactions and focus their efforts on Tenant representation. Brian started his career in 1986 as a Real Estate appraiser for Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith & Waller, Inc. in Orlando Florida. In 1989 he joined Lat Purser & Associates as a Leasing Representative. He served as First Vice President of the Jacksonville, Florida office for CB Richard Ellis where he represented a variety of national tenants. While at CB Richard Ellis, Brian was recognized many times for his numerous achievements. Prior to forming Florida Retail Group, Brian opened the Jacksonville office The Shopping Center Group in 2003, where he was a partner in the company until 2011.
