Brian Patton's experience includes; 30 years of land planning experience, 30 years preparing master plans for projects from 1/2 acre to 1,250 acres in size, 26 years real estate brokerage, 19 years of zoning and development consulting in numerous jurisdictions, 10 years as the Zoning Administrator of Alpharetta, 2 yrs as Director of Planning at City of Lilburn, and 16 yrs as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee preparing financial & market analyses for numerous clients. Brian was also a Real Estate columnist for six local papers in the Atlanta Region, with over 120,000 copy circulations per week. Featured in Georgia Realtor Magazine, Buckhead Living, Johns Creek Living, and Milton-Alpharetta Living Magazines.
