Brian Netz

Brian Netz is an experienced senior managing director in Newmark’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office, where he specializes in representing landlords and select tenants for industrial assets in the west, southwest and southeast suburbs of the Twin Cities as well as outside of the metro area. Known for his diligent work ethic and determined negotiating style, Mr. Netz has completed over 500 sale and lease transactions, totaling over 8 million square feet and valued at $180 million in total consideration. A 21-year commercial real estate veteran, Mr. Netz provides hands-on advisory services to property owners and landlords as well as users of industrial and office space. His detailed market knowledge and industry insight is superseded only by his meticulous identification of the most appropriate uses and space options, allowing him to deliver exemplary client service with the most favorable terms. Mr. Netz joined Newmark in 2018 from Colliers International, where he was a senior vice president representing a portfolio of 2 million square feet. Listing assignments included Chanhassen Lakes Business Park in Chanhassen, Chaska Corporate Center, a General Mills USDA food production facility and Valley Oaks Distribution Center in Shakopee.
