Brian is a father first, and considers his time with his 2 grown children the best and most important facet of his life. A close second, Brian's love of all things outdoors, including hiking, motorcycles and sailing, keep him perpetually on the move. The pathway to his future career began with painting apartments and houses through high school and college, leading to managing, maintaining, brokering, and owning multifamily properties in the decades since. All told, Brian has been in the apartment industry his entire adult life. Fast forward more than 35 years and he is now a principal of Avalon Commercial. Brian is continually working on behalf of the organization's clients, both sourcing property acquisitions on behalf of buyers, and marketing and negotiating dispositions to maximize proceeds on behalf of sellers. Additionally, Brian has served as a court-appointed receiver in more than 50 commercial property cases involving office, retail, industrial and apartments.
