Brian Mulvaney, SIOR, CCIM

For the past 33 years, Brian Mulvaney, SIOR, CCIM has specialized in the sale and leasing of R&D, Industrial, Office, and High Tech/Life Science properties in the San Diego region. His extensive experience and efforts are balanced between Owner/Landlord and Buyer/Tenant Representation work, as well as extensive investment and consulting activities. In 2001, Brian moved Grubb and Ellis over to Voit Commercial Real Estate where he pursued his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and helped form the Corporate and Asset Services Groups, which truly provide first rate local, regional, national, and international real estate consulting, brokerage, asset services and corporate representation work. Since entering the real estate industry in 1987, Brian has leased, and sold more than 17 million square feet of R&D, laboratory, industrial, and office space valued at over $900 Million in total consideration. He has taught commercial real estate practice at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Graduate Extension Program.
