Brian Melkesian

Brian Melkesian is a Principal and Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates - Ontario. Brian is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University in Pomona with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Brian joined Lee & Associates - Ontario in October 2007 and was elected to be a Principal / Senior Vice President in February 2014. He is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). Prior to joining Lee & Associates - Ontario, Brian worked in sales and marketing for the aerospace manufacturing industry for over 20 years. Brian specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties and retail investment sales, in addition to land and industrial building sales. Brian represents a variety of client types that include high net worth individuals, family trusts, pension funds, capital management firms and large corporations.
