Brian McKernan joined Unique Properties in 2008 as an Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist and has been has been a licensed Colorado Commercial Real Estate Broker since 2002. Prior to joining Unique Properties, Brian was a broker with Marcus & Millichap where he acquired his investment sales and property valuation specialization. Brian specializes in the sale and leasing of Office, Industrial and Retail properties in the Denver Metro Market and has completed over $100,000,000 in investment sales and lease transactions. As a commercial property owner himself, Brian understands commercial property investment from a real estate investor’s perspective. He always takes a value added approach for his clients on ways to increase the profitability and value of their real estate assets. Throughout his professional career Brian has been involved in all aspects of marketing, sales, business development and project management.
