Brian Long

Winning over clients by providing them with superior customer service while treating them with honesty, integrity, and dignity is the cornerstone of Brian's commercial real estate practice. He puts a premium on the needs of clients and work diligently to help them avoid unforeseen pitfalls and secure the best deal possible. Brian grew up in the Western Piedmont area of North Carolina before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his B.A. in Biology. From there he moved to Raleigh where he began his career by launching a small business start-up servicing the local dental community. While running and building his business he developed skills in areas such as client needs assessment, business development, oral and written communication, complex negotiations, and problem solving that would later be of enormous benefit in the field of commercial real estate. He sold his business after 7 years of successful operation and growth so that he and his wife Katie could move closer to their families and start one of their own. Brian currently reside in historic downtown Statesville and is expecting their first child, a little girl, in late September. He is active in the community and am a member of the Rotary Club of Statesville Fourth Creek and First Presbyterian Church of Statesville. He is also an avid fisherman and golfer and love spending time outside.
