Brian serves a national client base of investors and users of a wide range of product lines, including retail, office, industrial, and land assets. Some of Brian’s notable clients include Wells Fargo Bank, Gaylord Entertainment, Blackstone Management, Jim Crossman Realty, and Ayers Asset Management. Before joining Colliers Nashville, Brian worked with Eakin Partners, completing an average of 30+ commercial real estate transactions per year. A Nashville native, Brian is deeply invested in the city, having built a 25+ year career acquiring commercial real estate assets in Nashville and the Middle Tennessee region. His portfolio includes retail acquisitions in Green Hills in 2008, Midtown in 2010, and White Bridge Road in 2013. By investing in commercial real estate assets, Brian brings a high level of expertise for understanding the complexities of a transaction to his clients. Through site selection processes, financial analysis, and transaction management, Brian identifies critical components necessary for optimizing efficiency while providing strategic real estate advisory services.
