Brian has been a resident of the Conejo Valley since 1974 and he graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. Brian has been a full-time professional in the commercial real estate field since 1989. Prior to Pacific Partners Commercial Inc., he was a Co-Owner of TOLD Partners, Inc. He has been awarded “Top Agent of the Year” for TOLD Partners Inc. for over 20 years. Brian has sold or leased all types of buildings and has negotiated transactions involving more than twenty million square feet of space and over one billion dollars of transactions. Having leased or sold a substantial number of office, medical, industrial and retail projects, Brian has built an impressive reputation for providing the highest levels of service and for representing his clients professionally and aggressively. His main area of expertise is helping corporations’ lease, buy or sell office, medical, industrial and retail buildings. Through his years of success in the real estate industry, Brian has developed and owns several office, industrial/R&D buildings, and retail projects located in California, Nevada, Colorado and Illinois. Brian was recognized as one of the Top 75 brokers in Southern California according to Real Estate Southern California and in 2001 by the San Fernando Business Journal as Broker of the Year for compiling the largest sale and lease transactions in both the Conejo and San Fernando Valleys. He has also been awarded numerous times as Los Angeles Power Broker according to Costar Group. Brian served on the Real Estate Advisory Board at his Alma Mata, Cal State University, Northridge, where he was involved in setting the curriculum for graduate students. He also holds a board of directors position for the Warner Center Association in Woodland Hills. Brian is married to his wife Celeste, has two daughters and lives in Westlake Village, California.
