Brian Fleming

Brian was born and raised in Fort Wayne and attended Indiana University/Purdue University Fort Wayne on a baseball scholarship. A partner in RCI Development, he has been a Real Estate Broker since 2003 and has been a licensed Real Estate salesperson for more than a decade. Before getting into real estate, Brian was a Division Manager for S.E. Johnson Companies (highway construction and aggregate materials), and was in the construction industry for 15+ years. Brian enjoys golf, hockey and coaching children's sports. He and his wife,,Tonia, are the proud parents of two boys, Luke and Noah.
