Brian Figgs is a Co-founder of The Avenue Team and has lived in the Philadelphia area for all of his life. He moved to the city of brotherly love in 1998, and now resides in the Northern Liberties area. He has a vast knowledge of all of the different neighborhoods in Philadelphia, as a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
