Brian Erwin grew up in Lexington, a 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky and began his real estate career in 2006. He joined The Gibson Company in 2016 and holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. CCIM’s are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate, completing advanced coursework in financial and market analysis.
