Brian Edenfield’s role for Settlers' Landing Commercial LLC is a buyer, seller and developer for all types of commercial real estate properties over the past 10 years. Brian has had not only a part in most of the land properties in Settlers' Landing Commercial Park in North Carolina, but also the construction of numerous projects within the development. He built 127 townhomes, a 30,000-square-foot climate-controlled self-storage building, and two medical buildings. He sold the land to the completed and fully lease 335 apartments, one dental building, and the parcel for the Calamar 200 apartment senior living development next to this listing. As Brian continues to work in the North Carolina region, much of his work has started to spread into the Northern Virginia area where there is a ton of room for development and construction.
