Brian joined Colliers International in 1988 and has spent his entire real estate career with Colliers after a successful 12 year career in sales and management in the radio industry. Brian is an agent in the office department, specializing in the sale and leasing of office and investment properties. He has extensive experience with a variety of tenants, including health care, governmental agencies, and the senior housing market. He is part of a strong office department team of 7 agents that are well-known and highly respected throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. Brian has been a consistent Top Performer with the Fresno office over the past 33 years, working with Tenants/Buyers and Landlords/Sellers as a member of the Central California Office Department in Fresno. Over those 33 years, he has worked with national, regional, and local clients in office, healthcare, senior housing, and investment properites, just to name a few. He is also a shareholder of Colliers Tingey International, Inc. and served as President of the company for nearly 6 years, managing all 3 offices, as well as serving as a member of the company's Board of Directors.
