Brian Connolly is a Senior Managing Director with JLL and leads the Charleston, SC Agency Leasing team, focused solely on representing the interests of building owners and tenants. Brian specializes in providing clients with strategic planning, site selection, due diligence as well as acquisition and disposition underwriting assistance. Prior to Brian locating to Charleston, SC in 2019, Brian was a senior member of a 14 person team at JLL Northern Virginia office which serviced a 25 million square foot portfolio consisting of new construction, existing Trophy, Class A & Class B properties as well as office portfolio assignments. Brian has been associated with some of the regions highest profile and trophy office building developments in the metro DC area as well as Charleston, SC.
