Brian Coleman

Prior to founding Brian Coleman & Associates, Inc., Brian was responsible for acquiring land for one of the top 10 national home builders. He also spent a decade as executive vice president and co-founder of a custom home builder and development company. Since then, Brian has closed on hundreds of properties spanning Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will counties. Brian has represented both buyers and sellers for a wide variety of properties including land for development of for sale housing, apartment complexes, office buildings, senior housing facilities, and solar farms, and investment properties including office, industrial, apartment complexes, retail shopping centers, medical facilities and land. Brian's extensive expertise arrives from his significant experiences as a builder, developer, marketer, and acquisitions consultant. Brian has a deep knowledge of the entire Chicagoland region. His client’s include public and private companies, municipalities, and financial institutions. Brian holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and maintains a strong technical background to accompany his professional achievements.
