Brian Clayton

A native Houstonian, Brian Clayton joined Resolut RE in the Spring of 2020. For over a decade, he was a Partner and Senior Vice President at Moudry Real Estate Advisors- a boutique tenant representation brokerage firm, representing clients nationally, such as Fred Loya Insurance, Young America Insurance, Rodney D Young Insurance, Oportun, Progreso Financiero and Barri Financial Services. Other tenants represented include Enterprise Rent-A-Car, California Closets, Service King Paint & Body, Honey Baked Ham, Stripes(Sunoco) Gas Stations, Macarons by Patisse, The Great Greek Grill Restaurants, Cacao & Cardamom and Fajita Pete's. As a point broker on national tenant rep assignments, Brian has worked with dozens of brokers across the nation to assist his clients with site selection, needs analysis, market research, lease negotiations, RFP development and dispositions; completing over 130 lease transactions for a rapidly expanding client in 16 states within one year. Prior to MREA, Brian was a Information Technology Director for a niche engineering company based in Houston specializing in fall protection. Brian studied Management of Information Systems, Finance at University of Houston and is a member of ICSC.
