Mr. Butler began his real estate career in 1981 after graduating from Drake University with a liberal arts degree. In the past three decades, Mr. Butler has sold and leased all types of commercial real estate, including industrial, retail and office, as well as land and investment properties. Mr. Butler has also undertaken extensive tenant representative work for clients seeking specific locations for office, retail or industrial uses throughout the Chicago market. He is currently the exclusive national tenant representative for Safeway Insurance Company, a Chicago-based automobile insurance company that currently has eight offices in various locations throughout the nation.
