Brian Bielatowicz

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Mr. Bielatowicz relocated to California in 1995 on assignment with the United States Navy. Mr. Bielatowicz was honorably released from active military duty in January 1999 after a 4-year tour of duty with the primary duties of manpower management for Air Squadron VS-33 attached to the USS Nimitz Aircraft Carrier based in San Diego, CA. Since 1999, he has focused on all aspects of Retail Real Estate and has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed real estate agent (License DRE#01269887) in the State of California. He served for many years as a committee chair for Nextgen ICSC Southern CA. In 2016, Mr. Bielatowicz was honored to be appointed to the position of Co-Director of the National Lee & Associates Retail Group overseeing the West Coast and national Lee Retail Network. He continually is awarded the Costar Power Broker Award year over year since inception of the award.
