Brian has been in the retail real estate industry for over 20 years. Starting his career in the rehabilitation and construction of shopping centers and commercial properties. Through relationships and hard work Brian built both corporate and franchise based relationships with the likes of Sherwin William, Drug Fair, Papa Johns, Panchero’s, US Postal Service, Dunkin Donuts, Super Laundry, and Family Dollar. Totaling more than 250 interior fit outs before joining Jeffery Realty Inc. in 2011, to represent both tenants and landlords in the business of leasing retail real estate. Deals include, Dollar General, Trinity Re-Hab , Burger King, Wendy’s , Sleep Number, 7-Elven. Tenant representation includes, Melt Shop , Little Beet , Motion Stretch, Roy Rogers, Little Sheep Hot Pot, KAM MAN Asian Supermarkets in addition Brian represents Orangetheory Fitness in New Jersey and Connecticut, and is currently managing the roll out of over 60 franchisee based locations within his markets. Deals range from small regional landlords too larger landlords that include, Edens , RD Management, Brixmor, and Urdstat Biddle.
