He has successfully completed some of the largest transactions in Northern Nevada history over his twenty plus years of experience including the sale of the International Game Technology campus for $156,000,000, the sale of the Crossroads Commerce Center consisting over 4,300 acres of master planned rail served industrial park, and the lease of 802,000 square feet representing S&S Activewear.
