Brett has over 20 years of expertise in institutional agency leasing with a focus on new development, repositioning, and adaptive re-use for life science and office projects across San Diego County. He has a track record of building successful teams to solve complex transactions and implement creative marketing and positioning strategies to ensure his clients win. To date, he has completed over 9 million square feet of lease transactions with over $5 billion in total consideration Brett graduated with a BA in Economics at San Diego State University. He currently resides in Carlsbad with his wife and four kids.
