Brett Visintainer’s career in commercial real estate launched in 2007 when he specialized in leasing and selling office buildings at Grubb & Ellis Pearson Commercial (now Newmark Pearson Commercial). After gaining a solid understanding of the tenant and occupant perspective he transitioned his focus to work solely on investment properties. Brett’s vision of creating a top-tier investment team came together by obtaining his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and attracting a world class team of real estate industry experts as mentors. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. The designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. His ability to underwrite, market properties, and his client-centered focus provides investors a level of service rarely found in the real estate brokerage industry. He is married to Andrea and they have a son, Beau, and daughter, Avery.
