Brett A. Sherman, CCIM is a Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial, LLC with more than twenty-five years of real estate finance, leasing, and sales experience. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with an extensive background in the office, industrial and retail markets, Brett brings a broad range of transaction experience, industry knowledge, and strong analytical skills to every real estate transaction. As a commercial real estate broker in New York and Connecticut, Brett is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate and is only one of 9,000 practicing real estate professionals in the country to obtain this delegation. Prior to joining Angel Commercial, Brett was a partner at Choyce Peterson, Inc., a prominent commercial real estate tenant representation firm headquartered in Stamford, CT. For the past two decades, Brett has focused in lower Fairfield and Westchester Counties, representing corporate clients with the acquisition of their space needs. Brett was co-recipient of the Mack Cali Largest Flex Deal Award in Westchester and Fairfield Counties for the Westchester Broadway Theatre transaction. Brett began his commercial career at the former Rostenberg-Doern Co. where he was a leasing and sales representative for both institutional landlords as well as space users.
