Brett arrived at DTSpade by way of dedication to growth and learning. My father was a Captain in the U.S. NAVY, which enabled my family to travel the globe and gave me understanding of culture and respect for all human beings. My family has always taught my sister and me the importance of hard work, coupled with balance and loving God. I spent four years at Hampden-Sydney College, a small all-male liberal arts College in rural “Farmville”, Virginia. It was through the rigorous honor code that I learned the importance of truth, honor and personal integrity. As a fraternity man and an Executive Council member of the Student Government, there was no shortage of having fun and enjoying the great outdoors. I graduated with a degree in Business and Economics, minoring in Trans-Atlantic History. After graduation I spent two years traveling the country for my Fraternity, recruiting and starting new local Chapters while also leading men to set higher standards for themselves and their local organizations. My passion for helping others, coupled with my love of making this world a better place has landed me with DTSpade, fulfilling my aspirations of working with land and commercial real estate.
