Brett Saladin

Brett Saladin, CCIM is a commercial agent helping clients buy, sell, and lease office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and agricultural properties. Brett had spent most of his career in the recruitment world developing relationships with clients and candidates but also had the opportunity to work for his family’s commercial construction company in the Fargo-Moorhead area. This experience allowed him to learn the build process for large commercial spaces (retail, office, and industrial), build to suit opportunities, and establish connections within the local construction market. Brett has been a licensed real estate agent focused on commercial real estate since 2021. In addition, Brett earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the The CCIM Institute in 2024, which exemplifies his commitment and expertise within commercial real estate. Active in the community, Brett was selected to the Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo Chamber of Commerce 2022-2023 Leadership Program, served as President and member of the Board of Directors for Moorhead Country Club, and continuously finds himself networking and engaging in additional outreach programs throughout the area. Born and raised in a Northwest suburb of Chicago, Brett was recruited to play collegiate athletics at Saint John’s University (MN) where he met his now-wife and Fargo connection, Erin. They settled in the Twin Cities after graduation for almost 10 years before moving back ‘home’ to Fargo. Brett enjoys hunting, golfing, working on his hop farm, and spending time with his family.
