Brett Fox brings 10 years of commercial real estate experience to our team with a heavy focus in leasing and sales of offices buildings. He has an extensive history in landlord and tenant representation in both the office and medical field. Brett has an ambitious personality with a knack for finding cost effective solutions to meet his clients needs. Today Brett is involved in the representation, marketing and oversight of a large portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet which includes notable office buildings such as 8 Penn Center, The Land Title Building, Medical Tower, 800 Enterprise, Jenkintown Plaza, Twinning Office Center, and more. In addition to his work in landlord representation, Brett currently represents a number of tenant’s throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvanian, and the North East region.
