Brett Draxler

Brett is an Associate at Transwestern focusing on agency leasing and occupier services. His client base includes both local and national owners and users; he has completed transactions on behalf of his client both locally and nationally. A strong advocate for his clients, Brett’s knowledge and expertise helps to align real estate needs with ownership goals to produce outstanding results. Brett is responsible for leasing and marketing functions for both medical and office clients, including providing strategic planning, brokerage, and development advisory services. Prior to Transwestern, Brett worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he provided brokerage and advisory services to his clients. While with Cushman & Wakefield, Brett was involved with a portfolio consisting of 1.5+ million square feet of office and medical office space.
