Brett Boatner

Brett Boatner serves as an Associate for Retail Services. Brett represents office and retail users in their lease negotiations. He is responsible for sourcing and securing landlord representation, new tenant acquisition and the facilitation of lease negotiation between the two parties. Prior to joining Oldham Goodwin, Brett’s previous background includes over seven years of experience, serving as President of a private real estate company, specializing in the acquisition & ownership of retail and industrial properties. Brett also has eighteen years of retail management experience, serving as President of a privately owned retail venture. Having been both a landlord and a tenant himself, Brett has the ability to approach the leasing experience from either client’s perspective. Brett received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Texas Christian University – Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife, Alisa, recently relocated to College Station, where they are raising their two children. Brett has always been very active in his community, and served on several boards and committees, including the TCU Alumni Student Recruitment Council, Junior Achievement of East Texas, and being the past President of the Titus County Chamber of Commerce.
