Bey Property Services currently consists of broker & owner Brett M. Bey (DRE# 02081499). Brett is a third-generation property manager that has been raised around real estate from a young age. Brett has directly managed income-producing assets in Los Angeles & San Luis Obispo Counties valued at over $35m before forming BPS in 2022. After growing up in Arroyo Grande & earning his BA from Point Loma Nazarene University in Management and Organizational Communication, he moved back to the Central Coast to marry his high school sweetheart & start his professional career. Brett has a professional background in property management, escrow, lending, & notarial acts. Outside of the office, Brett loves working with his hands & fixing things that are broken; whether it be his home, investment properties, vintage motorcycles, or leather working.
