Bret is a recognized industry expert, a reputation he built by working with national homebuilders, master-plan and lot developers. He is a trusted source for his clients and is unmatched in his ability to understand the current land market and identify opportunities that meet the specific requirements of his homebuilder, developer, investor, and speculative clients. Prior to joining Land Advisors in 2010, Bret was principal at Lee & Associates and senior land specialist at Hogan & Associates. A Phoenix native, Bret graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, and is currently an active member in industry associations such as the Pinal County Partnership and Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.
