Bret Muetzelfeld

Bret attended Brookwood High School and Auburn University and chose to make North Atlanta home after college. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a Broker. Bret started his career specializing in REO and distressed properties where he attained numerous certifications. Currently, he specializes in representing custom home builders with new construction as well as buyers and sellers in residential resale and commercial transactions. He continues his work with banks and investors to sell foreclosures. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and construction. He is an annual Million Dollar Club recipient and in 2020 he was awarded the prestigious Phoenix award from NAMAR.
