Brent Royall

Brent has over 9 years of corporate real estate experience. Brent’s experience has traversed both tenant and landlord representation, giving him a unique perspective on the thought process on both sides of the negotiating table. While Brent’s commercial real estate experience extends into development, investment, consulting, financial analysis, and both landlord and tenant brokerage, his primary focus at Keystone Partners is tenant representation of corporate office users. Brent understands that regardless of the company’s industry, if you focus on their primary business needs, the real estate transaction will be a success. In the past 5 years, Brent has completed numerous lease transactions ranging from 1500 RSF to 100,000 SF for some well-known firms: Kimberly Clark Corporation, Cantor Fitzgerald, Cisco Systems (numerous), State Farm Automobile Insurance (numerous), Hyundai American Shipping, Kelly Services (numerous), American Arbitration Association, Wachovia Corporation (numerous), Arcadis (numerous), Pulte Mortgage, Cingular Wireless (numerous) and Sara Lee Corporation. Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Brent was a senior associate with The Staubach Company – Corporate Services and a Vice President of Lincoln Harris’ Corporate Services Group – both in Charlotte, NC. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Upon graduating as a commissioned officer from West Point, Brent served 8 years as an officer in the United States Army. Brent is a recent graduate of Leadership North Carolina and is current Chairman of the Board of the West Point Society of the Carolinas.
