Brent’s unique blend of in-depth market knowledge, insight, experience, trust, and creative thinking make him a valuable resource for real estate owners when completing complex real estate transactions and building repositionings. Since joining JLL in 2011, Brent and his team have completed over 250 transactions consisting of 3.3 million square feet throughout the Minneapolis | St. Paul metropolitan area. His current assignments include over 5.6 million square feet of Class A and Class B office product. Brent’s continued success with clients is affirmed by his strong track record of repositioning buildings, increasing overall occupancy, improving the quality of tenants, and creating value for ownership.
