Brent Masica

Brent Masica is in his 15th year as a member of the Minnesota Industrial Team. Brent works with Jon Yanta, Jason Meyer, Kris Smeltzer and Hudson Brothen, focusing primarily on the northwest and northeast suburbs. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation and uses his in depth market knowledge to help clients throughout the transaction process. In addition, Brent and his team have set themselves apart as it relates to selling ‘user’ buildings, closing on an average of 25 over the past 5 years. Brent uses his excellent communication skills and strong work ethic to build trust and long term relationships. To this day he spends much of his time cold calling to help fill his clients buildings and dig up new business. Brent is married to his wife Maggie who now stays home with two children. Prior to that, she taught at Benilde-St. Margaret’s. When they can, Brent and Maggie enjoy running, traveling and playing golf at Golden Valley Country Club.
