Brent Hadden
Brent attended the University of Georgia and graduated from the Terry College of Business with a degree in Real Estate. While at UGA, Brent was a member of the Real Estate Society and the Kappa Alpha Order. Previously, Brent gained extensive industry experience through several specialized internships. His past internships include the Executive Office of the President – the White House, the Palomar Group, the Law Offices of Donald White, and Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Company. In his free time, Brent enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and using his private pilot’s license. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Cricket Foundation. Brent joined The Palomar Group in 2020 as an analyst where he specialized in the underwriting and analysis of investment properties throughout the southeast. His current responsibilities include managing the Palomar Deal Desk where buyers are matched up to assets that fit their acquisition needs whether in a conventional transaction or a 1031 exchange. While managing the Deal Desk, Brent helps Palomar continue to add services to the market that are unmatched within the industry.
