Brent Dressen

Brent Dressen joined Colliers International in the fall of 2003.Brent has been providing full service brokerage on behalf of his owner/user clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of Industrial, Warehouse and R&D facilities. Prior to joining the Colliers team, Brent was an assistant escrow officer for First American Title. There, he directly oversaw the funding, processing and organization of sale and refinance escrows. Acquired knowledge from the title company has proven essential in helping Brent guide his clients through various aspects of purchase and refinance transactions.
