As Vice President, Leasing, and Real Estate Broker of Record, Brent is responsible for the performance of the commercial leasing team. Brent oversees the lease management and retention of a diverse range of retail, office, and industrial properties across Ontario. By working closely with asset managers and private owners, Brent ensures all leasing programs meet and exceed expectations in terms of both asset performance and strategic business objectives. Brent began his career with JJ Barnicke Ltd in the Greater Toronto Area in 2001 and joined Colonnade BridgePort in 2007. Since then, Brent has become an integral part of the Colonnade BridgePort team, providing first class client support and bringing a strategic understanding of commercial lease management. Backed by industry experience in both Ottawa and Southern Ontario, Brent brings over 20 years of lease negotiation and execution experience for both public sector and private sector tenancies in all commercial real estate asset classes.
