Brendan Mulligan

As a Vice President of Brokerage Services, Brendan works day-to-day with Metro brokers Brian Goodwin, Pat Gallagher and Glenn Marvin assisting with landlord and tenant representation. His active retail clients include Caliber Collision, Discount Tire, Great Clips, and Xfinity. In addition, Brendan represents numerous owners on a project leasing basis including Nassimi Properties, Weis Markets, and Acadia Realty Trust. Brendan has been a member of the Metro team since 2019 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of Temple University.
