Brendan George

Brendan George is a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Detroit. Brendan specializes in tenant representation throughout the Metro area. Mr. George has extensive knowledge of the Detroit real estate market and represents a variety of professional corporations in satisfying their commercial real estate requirements. The Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute has awarded him the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1998. This CCIM designation is awarded to candidates who succeed in graduate level curriculum and practical experience. In attaining his CCIM, Brendan joined a select group of professionals recognized as experts in the areas of commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Prior to joining CBRE in 2000, Brendan was a senior broker at The Lutz Companies, a Detroit-based boutique full-service real estate services company. Brendan’s non-work passions include mountain biking, sailing, and skiing. Brendan lives in Bloomfield Hills with his wife Valerie and two sons, Alexander and Cameron.
