Brendan Davies

Brendan has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience working with landlords, tenants, purchasers and developers. Prior to joining ONE Properties, Brendan worked for private and institutional landlords, as well as an international brokerage firm. To date, Brendan and his teams have completed over 250 real estate transactions, combining for over 5 million square feet of transactions. Originally born in Kelowna, British Columbia, Brendan moved to Calgary, Alberta to attend the University of Calgary. There he played varsity soccer and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance. Brendan has his Facilities Management Administrator Designation and has served on the BOMA Next Generation Committee, as well as the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee. Brendan enjoys sports and has a passion for health and fitness. He is competitive and always trying to find ways to one-up his three older brothers.
