Brendan Bradley

Brendan Bradley joined Bradley Company in June of 2021 as a Marketing Specialist in the South Bend office. In this role, he was introduced to the multi-faceted marketing strategies in commercial real estate. In December of 2022, Brendan transitioned into a Research Analyst role, while also receiving his brokerage license in the state of Indiana. A South Bend native, Brendan is passionate about championing developments that help bolster the economy and community of the St Joseph-Elkhart County areas. Brendan primarily focuses on the industrial and land sectors, priding himself on his ability to service clients both big and small. As a broker, Brendan utilizes his well-rounded background and market knowledge to provide his clients with forward-looking information and insights to help make well-informed decisions. Partnering with the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate of Notre Dame, as well as participating in leadership tracts like the EMERGE program, Brendan seeks to foster meaningful relationships that will help shape the South Bend of tomorrow. Prior to joining Bradley Company, Brendan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Notre Dame. While attending school, he worked in several internship positions providing a plethora of marketing experience, affording him a unique viewpoint on marketing a variety of products and services.
