Brenda Slavik

Brenda Slavik has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She works with retail, industrial, office and investment properties as well as vacant land development. Brenda is highly professional and brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. She skillfully guides her clients through acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, real estate marketing strategies and entitlements. She applies her engineering background to thoroughly analyze the physical, strategic and economic attributes of properties in order to best advise her clients. Brenda is very active within her community and has been a member of numerous chambers of commerce. She served on the Village of Huntley’s Chamber of Commerce executive board for ten years, and was also chairman of economic development. She works closely with all government agencies (city, county, and state) to efficiently bring transactions to completion. Brenda is a member of the Northern Illinois Association of Realtors as well as International Council of Shopping Centers. Brenda has a passion for volunteer work within her community. She served as a board member for It’s Our Little Secret, a not-for-profit organization assisting foster and abused children, for six years. Currently she volunteers her time at Independence Health & Therapy, another not-for-profit organization that provides physical and occupational therapy services with a focus on children and seniors. Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, reading and spending time with her family.
